3. Communication Preferences

You can opt out of voice calls at any time by:

  • Calling our support line and requesting removal

  • Emailing info@familycall.care with "STOP CALLS" in the subject

  • Using the opt-out option in your account setting.

4. International Calling

Our service includes toll-free numbers for international users. Indian users receive a toll-free number to call without charges. Standard calling rates may apply for users in other countries.

6. Subscription and Billing

Our service offers multiple tiers including a free tier with limited minutes. Paid subscriptions include additional calling time and family member connections. Billing occurs monthly and you can cancel at any time.
